School of Sport: Where Young Athletes Thrive
Welcome to School of Sport, the premier fitness destination with classes exclusively for young athletes aged 10 to 18. Our mission is to create a safe, encouraging, and dynamic environment where youth can develop their athletic skills, boost their confidence, and achieve their fitness goals.
We offer a variety of classes specifically designed for youth working for a desired skill so every participant receives instruction that meets their needs. Our core youth programs include:
- Strength and Power: Build muscle strength and explosive power through engaging, age-appropriate workouts.
- Speed and Endurance: Enhance your speed and stamina with high-intensity, performance-driven exercises.
- Functional Training: Improve overall fitness and daily movement efficiency with functional workouts that provide real-world benefits.
In addition to our structured classes for youth, we offer open gym hours where individuals of any age can work out independently for just $5 an hour. Our one-on-one personal training sessions are also available for any age, starting at $20 per hour, providing personalized attention and tailored guidance.
